Current public website

The public site presents party information and links to the existing membership portal. It does not expose member records through search or public pages.

Information collection

Contact, membership and polling-agent forms will identify what information is required, why it is needed and who is authorised to use it before submission.

Access and exports

Private records will be restricted by role and geography. Reports containing personal information will require authorised access and create an audit record.

Retention and deletion

Final retention periods and deletion procedures require APM approval before the new membership system launches.

Questions

Privacy enquiries may be directed to the National Secretariat until an approved privacy contact is published.
